How do I subscribe to Managed Website Services?
You can subscribe to these services through this page, just click the “Get Started” Button under the package you want to subscribe to, and one of our customer care representatives will contact you to walk you through the service and the subscription process.
How do I cancel the service if it is not working for me?
You may cancel the service at any time by calling us on 8005800. Our Customer Care Representative will see first if there is anything else that would help to improve your experience. If not, your subscription and the services provided will be canceled within 7 business days from your request. Exit charges of two-month rent will apply as the service is available on an annual commitment only.
Do you create websites?
Yes. When you subscribe to the Managed Web Solutions, one of the deliverables is the creation of a website, that is designed to suit your own needs and reflect your Business vision. But that’s not all, we also translate the content to Arabic and provide you with the required hosting space for your website. There are different packages available for this services and they are listed in this page above.
Once a Listing and or website has been created, can I make any changes on them?
Yes, of course, and we will make those changes for you. Just call us at 800366, Sunday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm, so we discuss your preferences further.
Will I still have my website or campaign page if I cancel the service?
As these are subscription-based services, cancellation of the service will mean that your listing and website will cease to exist.

How do I access the control panel?
You can access your control panel as many times as you want with a username and password, shared with you when your campaign is published.. Just log in at www.bizonline.ae. Your account manager will call you and explain how it works.
